We are currently recruiting for an Administrator working for a small company based in Warwick. This is a school hour friendly role as the working hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm and hours can be flexible. This role is a very diverse role covering the companies Admin and Account functions.
Duties for Administrator:
Processing customer invoices via Sage Line 50
Managing the day to day running of the office in the MD's absence.
Acting as the 1st point of contact to customer queries
Managing company accounts
Create financial reports using spreadsheets
Requirements for Administrator:
Must have a strong Administration background
Sage Line 50
