The goal of the Smart Customer Service Team is to deliver an excellent service to our customers who may be calling us for a number of different reasons regarding their Smart meter installation requiring us to respond promptly and knowledgeably to resolve their enquiry effectively.
What will I be doing?
You'll provide an immediate response to a wide range of enquiries, involving talking to our customers about their needs. Whether its an inbound call to book a Smart meter installation appointment time for one of our installers to attend to fit their Smart meters, a customer query regarding Smart meters or an outbound call looking to book an appointment, this is all backed with data entry and customer notes on our SAP systems. You will make the initial decision on the best way to handle the call, always putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. It's interesting, diverse, sometimes challenging, but always rewarding.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who thrive on providing a first class service to customers. Having a clear and logical approach, you will take ownership for providing solutions to customer enquiries and do all this with a smile in your voice from your first customer of the day to your last.
What Skills & Experience do I need?
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service ethic
- Strong communicator to handle all types of calls
- Can use a computer - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good attention to detail and quick learner (SAP System)
- Data entry

Here at the Worcester site, you will have the opportunity to really shape the future of the business, whilst receiving the support you need to develop your skills set and experience to enable you to achieve your long term ambitions. You will work 37 hours a week, with rotating shifts based around the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm at weekends.
