A fantastic business based near Stratford upon Avon is looking for an experienced and multi-skilled HR administrator. As a meticulous and confident individual, you will be expected to thrive within a fast-paced team and will be required to take the initiative when providing effective HR administration across all areas. This role will suit someone who is looking to pursue HR longer-term!

This high pressure and exciting role will primarily involve:

  • Dealing with all HR administrative queries via phone and email

  • Management of sickness and absence procedures

  • Management of the maternity and leavers processes

  • Scheduling room bookings and diary management

  • Administrative management of recruitment process

  • General administration including the preparation of invoices and updating records when required

The successful HR administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong administration sills (this will suit a recent graduate who is looking to gain experience within a HR capacity)

  • High level IT skills including good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Able to work well within a team environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

This is a temporary role lasting for a few months; you will need to be immediately available and ideally have access to your own vehicle or live locally.
