A large Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands is looking to provide Administration management support.

Position Description:

Provide management support as required

Preparation of materials for presentations

Support mgt / team meetings

Prepare, control and submit agendas and minutes

Administer and update local shared area drive (V drive)

Maintain and manage departmental filing

Maintain purchase performance documentation

Maintain standard documents and templates and ensure that they are consistent with the latest corporate identity guidelines

Map internal processes in standard our client's format

Obtain internal sign off/ approval

Ordering (Tool and Part) support Track status in Google doc

Daily dealing with TBSS and TBSS coordinators

Reporting of the status Support of Programme buyers

Skills Required:

High standard of PC literacy in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

Self-motivated and adaptable to changing demands

Experience Required:

Proven ability to work to strict deadlines and to drive/assist others to meet commitments

Driving license is essential

Experience Preferred:

Use of legacy system a plus Buying assistant / business analyst experience a plus
