IT Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line Support
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum
Our leading client is currently recruiting for an 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team, based out of their office in the West Midlands.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will working within a busy IT Help-desk environment, providing 1st line IT Support to customers and ensuring calls are followed through and passed to the relevant team.
t's important to be successful in your application that you have experience within a Customer Service, Help-desk or ideally an IT Service Desk environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about IT, someone who is ambitious and really wants to progress in their career.
Any IT skills around Windows Genealogy, Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, Remedy/Service now would also be extremely beneficial for this role.
