A family owned, Shrewsbury Company is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team leader, the role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role.

Due to the rural location of this company own transport is essential for this role

Key Duties

  • Answering incoming customer service calls
  • Responding to customer reviews via email and website
  • Sales Order processing
  • Posting samples
  • Providing support to sales department
  • Liaison with Finance, Production and warehouse
