Product Support/Software Applications Warwickshire GBP22-25k My client has a new opportunity for a Product Support Specialist to join their technical team who will perform a key role ensuring the delivery of software solutions to client budget, time and quality expectations. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment within a team of product specialists who liaise with the end users, project managers and other members of the technical team to ensure delivery of their market leading web based software products across the full development lifecycle. Responsibilities Provide support and troubleshooting on the company web based software products Modify & update software products based on client specification Contribute to the production of development & infrastructure specifications Manage client project workflow, prioritizing work, identifying risks and eliminating potential bottlenecks Key Skills Commercial experience providing support for web based software products The ability to communicate with people at all levels Confident SQL user Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure including basic networking, servers & databases Accuracy & strong attention to detail The company offers a progressive culture and a fantastic working atmosphere.
