We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join the Compliance team working within a busy fast paced team supporting a large corporate company with all back office administration support ensuring customer focus.
• Processing all purchase invoices received across the contract on a daily basis.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular job updates
• Liaise with engineers to progress jobs to completion
• Action queries and complaint from external and internal customers
• Chasing all Open Purchase Orders on a daily basis to get subcontractor/supplier invoices in and added to the system for processing.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to specific project Managers/staff.
• General admin tasks
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organised with good planning ability, to organise / schedule events and activities.
• Take ownership and accountability of tasks
Monday to Friday office hours 8am-5pm
