Education/Experience Required:
• Customer service experience
• Understanding of Business Telecommunications including
o WLR
o ISDN
o SIP
o Broadband
o Ethernet Leased lines
o Routers & Programming of them
o Business phone systems
o Mobile packages
• Billing experience - aBILLity
• Face to face and sales experiences
• Technical and IT knowledge

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with sales advice and recommendation as to what product best suits their applications
• Handle customer enquiries and assist with any issues
• Place and monitor customer orders process
• Product responsibility will primarily be fixed wire products but is likely to include other IT and Comms products available from UBT

Responsibilities/Duties

• Assist with order processing, refunds/exchanges
• Answer emails in team inbox as required
• Answer general customer service calls if needed
• Proactive sales
• Ensure all telecoms orders/replacements are processed in a timely manner
• Create reports and procedures as necessary
