Your new role
An Employee Relations Manager role supporting the Head Office and Engineering functions of the business. The ER Manager will manage a high caseload of complex and senior cases. The role will advise senior managers on ER issues and work in partnership with leadership teams to identify and address ER issues within the business. The ER manager will also lead restructuring and change management programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have expert employment law knowledge and have complex employee relations experience from within both professional and blue collar environments. Experience of working with trade unions and with multiple terms & conditions of employment is essential. Candidates need to be personable and approachable, but also resilient and tough where required.
