As the Technical Coordinator for this global food manufacturer, your remit will cover customer complaints and any other technical/ quality queries from top tier customers.
Set up new products, attend first production runs where necessary to support NPD. Attend regular review meetings and provide complaint trend reports/ KPI reports to internal and external customers.
You will ideally have a Food Technology degree, and a minimum of three years' industry experience. You will have a good eye for detail and good liaison/ negotiating skills.
