One of the largest Professional Services firm globally are creating an Apprenticeship Compliance Team and need an experienced Apprenticeship Expert to help build and lead the team in Birmingham.
This role will suit someone with a further education background, or someone who has worked within a SFA funded training provider. Working closely with various in-house teams including HR Shared Services teams and the broader Apprenticeship team to support the design and implementation of their end to end Apprenticeship delivery.
Lead on the production and submission of monthly compliant ILR's
Support the creation of the apprenticeship compliance service delivery model
Participate in the recruitment selection and on-boarding of the apprenticeship coordinator team
Day to day people and operational management
Act as a system and process expert to support the Apprenticeship Coordinators through promotion of best practice
You will need -
Experience within a similar role - it is critical for this role that you have submitted monthly ILR's data and have a strong and clear understanding of the compliance requirements
Experience of high volume data management within a management information team and using ILR/MIS
Thorough knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and the audit requirements of the Skills Funding Agency and Ofsted
Experience of managing a small team
Strong stakeholder management skills
