A UK Wide highly successful property and asset management organisation are seeking to recruit a Technical Manager / chartered surveyor within their development team based in Worcestershire. The organisation have a network of offices across the UK and are currently expanding. This position is being recruited with succession planning in mind and will lead to future progression, potentially to director.
Your new role
The organisation manages both residential and commercial properties spread across the UK. The purpose of the role will be to enable the delivery of high quality residential and mixed use management services, to provide fully costed management proposals and assimilate new build and existing built opportunities, you will deliver finalised and phased residential schemes into management. The Technical Manager's role is to support the Group Technical Director in the development and implementation of the business development strategy and management of services and service charges to residential and mixed use blocks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity you will need a minimum of 2 years Residential Property Management exposure and/or Facilities Management exposure, project management experience and ideally a relevant degree. Ideally you will be studying towards APC or be MRICS qualified.
