A Marketing Manager is required for a successful management and sales training company. You will be responsible for all of the online and offline marketing activity within the company and have a marketing assistant reporting into you. You will be responsible for developing the brand, creating leads, awareness, publicity and for creating joint ventures and strategic alliances for mutual benefit.
Examples of the type of work this role involves include:

*Managing and monitoring SEO campaigns
*Managing and monitoring Pay Per Click campaigns (Google and Bing)
*Social media marketing
*Email marketing
*Managing company brochure-ware and branding
*Creating publicity for the company
*Managing our content creation
*Creating referral systems
*Using social media to promote company
*Developing email campaigns for prospects and clients
*To be able to cover the telephones in busy times
*Content marketing generation
*Video distribution
*Creating strategic alliances and joint ventures
*Set up webinars and events
*Write Award submissions
*Report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
*Performance and availability of our websites
*Make recommendations for improvements in our websites
*Competitor analysis
*Help with proactive prospecting and lead generation

Experience & Qualifications Required:

*Degree in marketing is desired although not essential *Willing to work closely within our small, growing team
*Able to work well under own initiative
*Be accurate and proficient in all tasks
*Capable of meeting strict deadlines
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence
*Accuracy and good attention to detail are all essential attributes

Skills/Abilities/Attributes:

*Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Experience with CRM systems/databases
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent presentation skills
*The ability to put the customer first at all times
*Appreciation of the training industry
*Experience of working in a small but busy office
*Have a flexible and can do outlook

*£20,000 - £22,000 per annum
*Profit related pay (circa 10% of salary)
*Workplace pension
*24 days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays
