Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced field based Contracts Manager a nationwide kitchen installation company.
About The RoleYou will work on fast paced & high rise projects within the Birmingham area for a large national company.
The role entails the followingControlling third party developments taking high volume over multi floorsManaging all aspects of the installation process from delivery through to sign off. Ensure service and quality being delivered is as per contractRecruitment of fitting teamsThe role will require travelling which will require regular overnight stays
The person will have worked within this environment previously, ideally with the control of kitchens but products such as bathrooms, windows, carpentry services, flooring etc. would be considered.
About YouExperienced in working with main contractorsExperienced in KitchensAttained IOSHHExperienced in working with sub-contractors / trades people.Ideal candidate will hold a CSCS card however this is not essential as the company can provide this.Experienced in procuring staff / fitting teamsExperienced in working on construction sitesFull UK Driving Licence [No more than 6 points acceptable]
