Sales Analyst for Progressive Business - up to £25k
A fantastic business based in Solihull is seeking a switched-on Sales Analyst to monitor, analyse and review sales performance to a high level. You must be a methodical and meticulous individual with a drive to implement new practices and utilize systems confidently.
The role will primarily involve:
·Improving the Salesforce CRM
·Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
·Production of monthly sales reports at a global and regional level
·Analysis of trends and productivity
·Collation of feedback regarding the system usage
·Completion of research for business practice
·Planning of growth strategies and implementation of new sales structure
·Ad hoc projects when required
The successful Sales Analyst will possess the following skills and attributes:
·Some Salesforce knowledge ideal but not essential
·Excellent analytical and evaluative skills
·Ability to communicate at all levels
·Tendency to follow and improve current processes
·Ideally, a statistical/analytical background
·Confidence using systems
This is a temp to perm role and would suit a graduate with some relevant experience.
