Working for a market leading software house you will be responsible for a global client list, you will be charged with supporting a number of in-house applications on a 1st and 2nd line bases. Full training on applications is provided.
This role requires excellent customer facing telephone skills coupled with a strong technical background in software support. Ideally your technical skills will include;
  • 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Previously supported bespoke applications
  • Knowledge of Cloud / SaaS applications, preferably Java based
  • Ticket and support software such as N-Service
