The Trust is looking for a Learning Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to the managers and members of the Sales and Business Development department.

To further the Trust’s Learning and Sales strategy you will provide support in the sales and organisation of education courses and learning events, actively promote and sell the Learning department’s courses, events and services and maintain the department’s administrative systems and processes.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working in a sales administration role; possess excellent customer service, organisational and administrative skills and be able to process invoices and maintain accounts. You should also possess excellent verbal, written and IT skills. Experience of working with databases and CRM systems would be an advantage but training will be given. Previous experience of working in an educational environment and an interest in Shakespeare is desirable.
