Business Analyst / Product Consultant / Product Specialist - Circa £75k + 5% Bonus + Benefits Package. UK or West Midlands. Able to work from Home. Will also consider candidates based anywhere in the UK. Ref: T6/MN/16882

Leading IT Consultancy, Services and Software Provider that are growing from strength to strength are seeking to secure a talented - Product Consultant / Business Analyst. Our client delivers IT Solutions across both the Private & Public sector.

Travel - the role will involve travel to client sites - with overnight stays. Travel can vary dependant on project requirements. The client will endeavour to find projects close to your home, but you will need to be flexible with regards to UK Travel. All travel is fully expensed with additional allowances provided when staying away from home.

The role is a combination of - Consultancy / Delivering Public Facing Web Services / Delivering Greenfield Projects / Business Analysis / De-commissioning Legacy Systems moving them to Cloud based solutions / Stakeholder engagement.

The role will be focused on 90% Greenfield delivery - into Private and Public sector clients.

The organisation provides 2 innovation days a month - where you can work on your own ideas.

Access to relevant professional training from internal and external providers.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Product delivery - delivery of Web Based Browser solutions - as an example solutions that utilise technologies such as Angular JS, JavaScript or .Net etc.
- Business Analysis experience - leading workshops to gather User Stories & gather requirements to ensure the right solution is scoped, proposed and then delivered
- Able to identify the Customer's problem - challenge the customer - identify the goal - propose the right solution - being able to challenge the client is key!
- Able to model the business processes to ensure solutions will meet the needs of the client
- Agile - experience of delivering projects within an Agile environment
- Plan out the Epics and Stories - using tools such as Visio and Jira
- Liaise with technical stakeholders such as Development, Subject Matter Experts & Testing
- Testing - overseen UAT testing - working closely with testing teams - feedback results
- Experience of integrating Web Service, Front Office and Back Office & Content Management System etc.
- Ideally have experience of decommissioning Legacy based systems - migrating to Web Service Cloud based solutions
- Stakeholder engagement - have the confidence to liaise with stakeholders onsite from C- Level Executive also across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience of working On Digital Transformation projects
- Ideally have experience of KANBAN - and fully understand when to use it
- Ideally have experience of coaching less experienced members of a team
- Negotiation - good negotiation skills - able to be an advocate and influencer when required
- Innovative - able to propose innovative solutions and articulate your ideas
- Collaborative - work effectively as part of a SCRUM team and share ideas
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Time Management - manage project deadlines, tasks, and able to manage your own schedule
