My client has a vacancy based in Dudley for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to strengthen the sales team and implement new processes and procedures to the sales team. The successful Internal Sales Manager will be proactive, driven and work confidently managing a sales team to ensure a smooth running sales office whilst ultimately producing and driving sales.

The main role and responsibilities of the Internal Sales Manager will include, but not limited to;

  • Managing and supporting the sales team
  • Develop new processes and procedures
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Provide reports on the internal sales activities of the company
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers
  • To work closely with the Managing Director
  • Ensure a smooth running sales office
  • Answer customer queries quickly and effectively
  • Drive the changes of the sales office and ensure action of the changes
  • Educate the sales team by establishing areas of new sales and growth
  • Provide support and structure to the sales team to ultimately increase the sales and development of the business
  • To support the team with sales activity i.e. telesales
  • Implement changes to the CRM system
  • Data management
  • To carry out additional duties to ensure the smooth running of the sales operation

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
