Our service sector client is looking to bring on board a commercially minded HR Manager for a period of 6 months initially to help them as they transition through a period of change.

As a CIPD qualified HR Manager you will work with the Head of Human Resources to develop, promote and implement human resource policies and procedures across the business.

You will have relevant experience within the full remit of generalist HR, including recruitment and retention, induction, employee relations, performance management, absence management, administration and compliance, disciplinary and grievance. Ideally you will come from a similar role from within a commercial organisation and will have experience of TUPE.
