A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator within a highly reputable and respected global property firm. Based in Birmingham City Centre, this role will allow the successful individual to form part of a busy team within this exceptional firm in a varied and exciting position. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·Professional management of all queries and requests in regards to the property management system

·Setting up new users including system inductions

·Effective liaison with internal support team in order escalate and resolve all high level queries

·Monitoring the email inbox for all queries, dealing with requests in a timely manner

·Completion of reports and administration surrounding the banking and facilities management systems

This highly unique and varied role will require an applicant that possesses the following skills and characteristics:

·Excellent professional experience within a customer liaison or helpdesk capacity

·Literate in MS Office applications to an intermediate level minimum

·Preferable experience and practical knowledge of the workings of a property environment

·Professional and innovative attitude towards work

·Respect towards client confidentiality
