Your new role
Supporting a HR Manager, this post will be responsible for the full employee life-cycle. This will include working with line managers around case management, disciplinary and grievance as well as supporting recruitment campaigns and training and development. As well as the administration and coordination of these activities this is a great opportunity to get more involved in leading and advising on employee relations issues.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has practical experience in working in a HR function, as well as the passion and drive to develop. You will need excellent administration skills, including excel, as well as the ability to manage your own workload.
