Part Time Payroll Coordinator
Payroll Coordinator required for an exciting part-time permanent opportunity working for a non-profit making business based in Walsall. You will be working as part of a small friendly team where you will be responsible for processing a payroll for up to 1000 employees. Your daily duties will include processing timesheets, pro-rata calculations, holiday pay calculations, processing statutory payments, exceptions checking, gross to net reporting, sending payments by BACS, creating and sending the FPS to HMRC, creating and posting payroll journals, starters & leavers and pensions administration.
My client is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator who can join the business and make a positive contribution to the team. You will thrive on working in a busy yet challenging role and be able to manage and prioritise your workload. Experience working with a computerised payroll system and Microsoft Excel is essential. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
This is a part-time opportunity working 18.5 hours per week. My client is offering a friendly working environment, with on site parking.
