Business Development Manager - Automotive OEM's
Overall purpose of job: -
The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing profitable sales through development of innovative solutions to new and existing OEM Customers within the Automotive Market.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -
Key Objectives:Achieve tooling and forming sales targets as detailed within the annual appraisal to achieve Divisional ROS. Increase Customer Base & Market diversification.Increase Sales from existing Customers through Key account management.Customer focus and good Customer relationships.Marketing materials to meet Sales strategy.Promoting the Company brand.

Good communicator, Integrity, Accountability, Customer Focus, Team Player.Personal Circumstances: - Must be willing to work flexible hours. ·Travel across the UK, Europe and beyond.·Full Driving License and Passport is essential.
