This is a high volume, fast-paced environment and will suit someone with solid experience, who thrives under pressure.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced administrator to provide comprehensive legal administrative support to Divisional Business Units comprising of a Divisional Director and a team of Regional Managers. Working with new and existing publicans and solicitors taking responsibility for the legal agreement and assignment process through to completion and ensure the company database is maintained accurately and deadlines are met.


Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive legal administrative support to Divisional Business Units comprising of a Divisional Director and a team of Regional Managers. Working with the Recruitment Co-ordinators, within the Publican Recruitment Department, you will work closely with new and existing publicans and solicitors taking responsibility for the legal agreement and assignment process through to completion and ensure the company database is maintained accurately.


Core Accountabilities

Administration of the new agreement and assignment processRecord information on internal systems, check approval levels and adherence to company policy and the Pubs Code, obtain and process required documents and information, instruct and liaise with solicitors, Regional Managers and Publicans to progress through to completionOpen trade, rent, deposit and Fixtures and Fittings accounts for new Publicans on our financial suiteOpen all closed and disposal accountsEnsure agreements are completed with accurate legal documentation and ingoing funds collected and processedMaintain customer details, rent schedules and agreement information on the company database accurately and within agreed timescalesProduce accurate tenancy change monitors weekly for internal and external useCarry out inductions for new Regional Managers and other internal departmentsWork closely with the division to ensure short terms agreements are converted to substantive agreement as per divisional targetManage and produce period end reportsComplete ad-hoc tasks/projects as determined by the business
