We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right.With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening 80 new stores per year. So it's no wonder our Customer Service team deals with over 60,000 customers each month. And you'll be at the sharp end, taking calls from customers and doing what it takes to keep them happy.

It's about staying calm and thinking on your feet to do what's best for the person on the other end of the line. It's about treating customers as you would wish to be treated, whilst answering their queries and leaving them with the best impression of Aldi. And something that keeps them coming back to our stores.

There's real flexibility in your working hours too – you can work full or part time hours to suit your circumstances, on a day or evening shift. Our shifts cover 14 hours a day Monday to Friday and fewer hours at the weekend.

We are currently based in Tamworth whilst our Head Office in Atherstone gets a makeover, but the plan is to move back once the building is fully geared up to cope with our growth.

We are now looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our rapidly growing department, at our offices in Tamworth.

The positions will be on an 8 month fixed term contract. Contracted to 40 hours per week, hours of work between 8am and 8pm Monday - Saturday, and 10am - 6pm Sunday.

You will act as first point of contact for customers; dealing with requests, queries and processing enquiries to conclusion. The position will require you to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and to deal with customers in a polite, professional manner.


  • GCSE English & Maths grade C or above
  • Customer Service Experience in retail - face to face or telephone
  • Minimum 2 years targeted Contact Centre experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to work without supervision and under pressure to deliver to set KPI’s
