Customer experience team manager
My client, a global leading provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry, is looking to recruit a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SUPPORT TEAM MANAGER. One of the biggest names in the automotive industry is recruiting and you could join an expanding and successful team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the customer experience team provide a high quality service to all customers and excellent support to the retailer network. They are the face of the company and it is vitally important that an excellent level of service is provided to each individual, demonstrating that they are knowledgeable on the brand and products. You will be leading them to achieve this exemplary service throughout every touch point.
Do you have:
*1-3 years experience in a management role?
*An ability to make quick and competent decisions?
*Excellent time management skills?
*An ability to influence effectively across the network, balancing a range of priorities?
*An ability to work well under pressure?
*Highly motivated, energetic and an inspirational leader?
