Due to continued growth, a Payroll Supervisor is required in South Birmingham.

Client Details

A growing business based in Solihull.

Description

As the Payroll Supervisor, you will have full responsibility for managing the payroll function for the business.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Responsible for the day to day management of the payroll function
  • Manual calculations including SMP, SSP, PAYE
  • Dealing with and resolving any payroll queries
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Providing payroll analysis to Senior Management
  • Ad hoc HR queries as and when required

Profile

  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • The ability to multi task and work within tight month end deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good system skills, including Excel
