Marketing & Digital Team Manager
My client, a global leading provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry, is looking to recruit a MARKETING & DIGITAL TEAM MANAGER. One of the biggest names in the automotive industry is recruiting and you could join an expanding and successful team.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of case managers, the team will have responsibility for all digital communications received with the UK customer relationship centre. You will work in partnership with the UK marketing/digital agencies to ensure seamless integration when responding to customer concerns on the social media platforms. You will also be responsible for meeting department KPIs and objectives.
Do you have:
*3 or more years in customer service?
*2 years in a performance development role?
*2 years management experience?
*1 year experience with social media platforms?
*An ability to work well under pressure?
*Excellent time management skills, ability to work to deadlines on multiple tasks?
*Highly motivated, energetic and an inspirational leader?
*A team player who is results orientated with a determination to make things happen?
*Confident and out-going with exceptional networking, interpersonal and influencing skills?
