Job Purpose:This role is responsible for achieving sales, sales growth and profitability targets in the territory. The territory could be CEE, DACH, France, Benilux, Nothern Europe, Great Britain&Scotland, South Europe. Responsible for managing all accounts in the territory. Identifies and acquired new accounts with significant growth and profit potential. The role maintains frequent face-to-face communication and establishes win-win relationships with new and existing accounts. We expect, that within 6 months sales manager will bring first orders to our site. At first sales manager will sell from our Russian sites, later after Czech site build-up, from Czech Republic.
- Analyze the market for potential customers of flexible packaging by identifying account needs and key buying factors
- Assess account opportunities, account trends and define aspirations
- Identify key decision makers and influencers beyond purchasing and develop close relationships with those decision makers
- Evaluate price categories at which customers purchase similar products
- Analyze customers `current annual volume of each type of flexible packaging and analyze competitors
- Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with the existing and new accounts and arbitrate between plants and customers when there are disagreements or issues with regard to issues such as quality
- Develop and maintain an account plan for each core account
- Understand and develop customer requirements
- Identify and align resources, action plans and communications required to execute account plans and resolve issues.
- Provide sample of products necessary for potential customers
- Participate in testing pilot batches of goods in the production of potential customers
- Approval production technology with the potential customers and introduce them to production capabilities
- Manage budgeting of sales activities and report about competition of these targets
Qualifications and experience
A least, 3 to 5 years sales experience in sales activities in flexible packaging
Leadership competencies: strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills and background, sales/customer knowledge, resilience, fluent minimum 2 of native languages of the countries of the following regions: CEE, DACH, France, Benilux, Nothern Europe, Great Britain&Scotland, South Europe and obligatory fluent English.
