Customer Service Assistant required to join one of our well established, expanding clients based in Halesowen.

Working in a fast paced, friendly environment the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for the smooth running of the daily operations between customers and suppliers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, driven individual who is self motivated and confident to join a warm team.

Duties & Responsibilities;

- Taking inbound calls from both new and existing customers
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with suppliers and placing orders
- Assisting customers with enquiries
- Problem solving
- Accurately entering data into the internal database
- Liaising with other departments
- Responding to written correspondence

Knowledge, Skills & Experience;

- Excellent telephone manner
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be a team player
- Microsoft Office experience

The position is an immediately available temporary position being taken on permanent after a 12 weeks trial.

The salary is £7.50ph increasing upon successful completion of 12 weeks.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch. You will get 28 holiday days per annum with a bonus structure in place.
