An exciting property business based in the city centre is seeking a Property Help Desk Administrator to provide a high level of first line business support in relation to the specialist property management systems. If you have a positive, enthusiastic and hands-on approach to your work with excellent team working skills, this may be the role for you!

This varied role will primarily involve:

·Recording and resolving user issues

·Liaising with the technical support team and the system provider to resolve problems

·Management of helpdesk email accounts

·Logging and filing all calls accurately

·Setting up new records on the system and applying the relevant documentation

·Maintaining the databases and software administration

·Provision of reports to upkeep the system and data

The ideal Property Help Desk Administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:

·Ideally, experience within a property environment

·Excellent customer service exposure

·Confidence managing systems and databases

·Understanding of property management systems preferable, but not essential

·Good working knowledge of Excel

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
