Project Manager - National F&B Brand
Construction Project Manager role working with an International F&B Brand. Managing a number of projects, new store openings across the UK and Ireland.
My Client are a well know name in the retail/leisure world. They have a large presence across the UK and are looking to build on their recent success with a large, high paced new store roll out.
They have a strong team acquiring new sites and this role will add to their existing project management function to assist in the delivery of more new stores in the coming years.
You will work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure seamless inception of the project, and go on to deliver full new store opening projects in their entirety. Working to ensure new sites are opened on time and in budget. You will be managing numerous projects at one time at varying stages of the project lifecycle.
The role is national, you will be managing projects up and down the length and breadth of the UK, so it is completely field based, however a Midlands base would help with the overall spread of potential sites.
You will be well supported by an existing experienced team so there is an opportunity for you to develop and learn as you are in post. Retail experience would help but Food and Beverage experience is not essential.
Exposure to faced paced projects would be ideal, previous experience across a new store roll out programme would.
With the number of projects in the pipeline you should already be a highly organised Project Manager.
Degree qualified in a construction or surveying would be ideal but not essential, more important is a positive attitude and desire to progress in this encouraging and supportive environment.
