The position:
Perfect for those with an established recruitment background, this is an ideal opportunity to grow your career within a well-known, established recruitment agency and moving along our career pathway.

Competitive salary from £20,00 - £26,000 plus bonus

This is a warm desk, with a mixture of local business and also National Accounts, therefore you will forge relationships with and service the temporary recruitment requirements of our existing clients. There is also great potential to develop current business and establish new relationships, so we will need someone who is happy to do sales as part of their daily routine.

As an Industrial consultant in Birmingham you will revel in the opportunity to:

- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Grow your desk through business development and sales activity
- Source and market out candidates and filling temporary/contract roles
- Visit clients, and service their individual requirements - matching candidate to position/client.

- This role falls within the Birmingham branch - joining a team consisting of manager, consultants, associates and support staff. We are a ``multi sector`` office and provide staffing solutions to the Office, Catering and Industrial Sectors

- Our office - modern and spacious, with a reception area, interview area, training room and large windows - prefect for raising our profile and potential candidates.
