What we are looking for from the successful individuals, is to manage the recruitment of contingent resource on behalf of our clients.

You will be sourcing and screening appropriately skilled and experienced candidates through to managing the offer and on-boarding process, ensuring the best candidate experience is given.

You will be expected to:

Source and screen candidates for Niche skill sets identified by the sourcing team leader. Full end to end ownership of the candidate journey and responsibility for talent pooling, pipeline and utilising the most effective sourcing channels meet placement targets. Ensuring a resourcing plan is in place for each vacancy and providing a consultative approach to your given business area.

  • Own the end to end recruitment cycle of all your allocated vacancies.

  • Identifying candidates from a range of appropriate sources including our internal database, talent pools, candidate referrals, digital routes to market etc

  • CV screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates for hiring manager review

  • Network and build talent pools creating regular communication plans to track them.
  • Ensuring adequate and appropriate candidate feedback is provided for each rejected candidate at each stage of the selection process to ensure smooth candidate journey.

  • Negotiating offers with successful candidates.

  • Have a strong understanding of compliance and work closely with our background checking team.

  • Monitor, track and report back on recruitment activity within the agreed timescales

  • Pro-actively develop networks of appropriately skilled resource to support sourcing activity within the chosen ATS.

  • Use and maintain systems to ensure all data is accurate and up to date

  • Provide information, data and feedback on activity to the Delivery Manager and also Recruitment Business Partner for the preparation of regular reviews and reporting.

  • Consistently hit agreed weekly / monthly SLAs and Targets as agreed.

We will require you to have experience of:

  • Providing excellent customer service and have a confident telephone manner.

  • Working in a high pressured and demanding environment

  • Proven recruitment experience would be advantageous.

  • Basic Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook
