An excellent opportunity is available for an Office Manager to join and expanding Environmental company close to Birmingham city centre.

The role and responsibilities
General office management duties including
-Supporting Team managers with policy's and procedures
-HR related issues including being involved in performance management,absence management, handleing Staff related issues, liaising with HR regarding any advice related matters
-Assisting in taking minuets for meetings with team managers and directors
-Keep all personnel files up to date
-Greeting visitors
-Working as part of a team

To be considered for this position you must have worked in an office manager position, Team Leader, Personal assistant role.
-background management
-Minuet taking
-Be an approachable, proactive self motivated person

The company are offering a salary of £20,000 - £26,000 , hours of 8am till 17.00 Monday to Friday with an excellent benefits structure
