The Role: As a Call Centre Representative CSR, you will report directly to one of our Call Centre Team Managers. You’ll be dealing with customer queries via the telephone - with the aim of delivering friendly, helpful and efficient service every time, maximising our customer's experience with our company. All calls will require documenting on our internal system accurately.

About you: We provide comprehensive induction training. You do need to be a real people person, with the enthusiasm, confidence and communication skills to build a rapport with customers. An insightful nature and the ability to think on your feet are important too.

Skills / Experience:

  • Knowledge of the Energy Industry is desirable.
  • Proven customer service
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrate a professional, but friendly and outgoing approach to work.
  • Have a flexible approach around working hours and tasks required by the business.
  • Demonstrate an ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Have confidence towards computer literacy, including experience of using a CRM database.
  • Adaptable to change
  • Multilingual will be an advantage

Shifts: 8 hours between - Monday - Friday 08.00 - 20.00 &

Saturday 09.00 - 17.00
