Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Redditch
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £18,000 OTE £26,000 uncapped commission

My client provide secure and essential communication solutions to private and public sector clients. They are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to achieve sales targets set within a given territory selling to existing customers and developing new business accounts through direct telephone selling. Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Achieve new and repeat sales targets for your allocated territory through effective direct telephone selling
* Meet set KPI's for activity;
* 60 Dial Outs per day achieving completed call duration of 120 minutes per day
* Open a minimum of 36 accounts annually (3 per month)
* Ensure all customers within the territory are contacted at least evert 3 months
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by utilising ethical sales methods and providing excellent customer service
* Liaise with relevant internal departments to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
* Research and revise product and service knowledge to maintain a good level of understanding of features and benefits, undertaking personal development to enhance sales skills and knowledge
* Create monthly business plans to demonstrate how you will achieve set targets
* Complete all necessary sales administration work (including quotation and order documentation) to a high and detailed standard, with high attention to detail
* Complete ad-hoc activity and reporting tasks as and when required by the Telesales Manager
* Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and information
* Participate in team activities, training sessions and company meetings.

The ideal candidate would be:

* Broad experience of telesales or account management in a business to business sales environment including experience of cold calling, opening accounts and cross selling.
* Commercial awareness and sales knowledge
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate
* Planning and time management skills
* Self -drive and self-motivation
* The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
* Numeric skills with the ability to confidently set and discuss product pricing
* The ability to adapt to change, including new ideas and business initiatives.
