Technical Services Coordinator - Birmingham
We have a great opportunity for a proven Technical Services/Facilities Professional to join a prestigious scheme in central Birmingham.
This key position will report to the Technical Services Manager and manage key aspects, including: -
- Full coordination of retailer delivery process for new and existing retailers (fit outs/refurbishments)
- Working closely with the Technical Services Manager to ensure full site compliance and adhering to site legislations
- Contract management ensuring permits to work and site compliance
- Assist with regular site audits and inspections
- Assist with coordination of maintenance, repairs to the scheme
- Monitoring of site budget
- Ensuring project time lines are delivered on time and within budget
- Working closely with the wider on site team to ensure support for events and promotional projects
- Updating maintenance records and systems
- Management of full site Health & Safety requirements
This is a key position and candidates will hold proven experience and H&S Qualification (IOSH +) This role supports a high footfall operation and all works need to ensure minimal disruption to the business.
