The Role:
Position Description:
Workplace Project Assistant required to deliver multiple small to medium value facilities projects within an office, site or workshop environments.

Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)Experience in the delivery of facility projects from inception to completion 2)Working on own initiative to tight deadlines on specific projects 3)Strong organisational and budget management skills

Experience Required:
Experience in managing capital expenditure and project budgets. Capable of successful stakeholder relationship management.

Experience Preferred:
Association of Project Managers (APM) foundation qualification or higher. Previous experience in delivering projects such as power /data/compressed air services, small civils works, Mezzinine floor construction, room or area fit outs / small refurbishments etc.

Additional Information :
Occasional out of hours working may be required in support of project delivery Whitley & Gaydon
