Business Systems Analyst

About the role
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our newly formed Project Delivery team within the IT department. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a time of growth, providing a key link between IT and the wider business. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of a range of projects geared towards delivering business transformation and enabling growth. Adaptability, agility, and innovation are essential in identifying new processes and delivery methods to drive efficiency through the business in order to realise the stated business objectives.
Being a multi-channel retailer, our projects include, but are not limited to areas such as point of sale, warehousing operations, CRM, marketing and ecommerce.

Working with a range of business stakeholders, you will have excellent communication skills and have confidence to contribute fresh ideas in an agile environment. You will also be confident in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in defining requirements and solutions. You should have a logical mind and good attention to detail combined with an ability to understand concepts and business processes quickly.
