An experienced Geo-Environmental Engineer is required to work alongside the Director to help build and develop the Geo-Environmental team in this well-respected office situated in Hereford.

You will have the opportunity to lead and delegate Geo-Environmental projects from start to finish. The applicant would also provide support to the director in regard to the preparation of fee proposals and assistance in to project and financial management.

Currently you must be able to take projects from phase I to remediation and validation stages. This includes, Design, organisation and supervision of ground investigations in the field (both for contamination and geotechnical purposes). Writing high quality factual / Interpretive reports for both Geo-Environmental and Geotechnical investigations.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Degree in a relevant environmental science/engineering discipline and have an MSc.
*Minimum of 6 year's practical experience within a UK Geo-Environmental / Geotechnical consultancy.
*Experience and understanding of current UK legislation for contaminated land
*Ability to liaise whilst help the Geo-Environmental and field engineers. Phase I, II and III - Report writing; peer review and technical report checking skills
*Planning, managing and delivering projects
