My Client is seeking a Finance Administrator to start with the business immediately. This is a temporary position with the view of becoming permanent.
Matching delivery notes to invoices
- Creating invoices
- Matching purchase orders
- Writing monthly cheques
- Proof of delivery reports
- General filing and administrative support as required
Confidently able to use Microsoft Packages
- Finance / Accounting / Bookkeeping qualification useful
- Previous exposure in a similar role
8:30 to 16:45 (Mon to Thu) // 8:00 to 15:00 (Fri)
