Contact Centre Advisor
Calluna Recruitment are seeking a Contact Centre Advisor to join their clients busy team based in Derby.
The Contact Centre Advisor/ National Support Advisor is to be the first point of contact via the telephone for our customers responding to calls to action on our clients new and resale Retirement Living Properties.
The successful candidate will make outbound calls to customers registered on the clients CRM system to promote interest in new and resale developments.
Your role is to convert all opportunities into quality appointments and site visits, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times.
The role has a high volume of administration and although you will need to make outbound calls, it is not encompassing hard selling. You will be calling people who have enquired online then following up via the telephone. You will be required to take some inbound calls. It is essential that you are passionate about excellent Customer Service and have good telephone and strong IT skills. Training will be given for the CRM system.
