This is a three bed home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
Priory Education and Children's Services are one of the country’s leading providers of education and residential placements for young people aged between 11 – 18 years of age. We have a vacancy for a Registered Manager at one of our residential children’s homes in the Malvern area.
Taking complete responsibility for the running of service provision, the new Manager will be expected maintain and improve on the already high standards in the home in line with the Company's expectations, provide leadership, support and direction for the well established care team and champion the Company’s ethos. They will also need to be able to work with professionals from a wide range of different disciplines.
The successful applicants will need to have had a wide range of experience as a child care practitioner having managed teams for at least two years in a residential setting. A Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualifications or equivalent are essential. Full driving licence is required.
