An established National house builder with a good local reputation are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to help manage a new build housing project with traditional build homes in the East, West Midlands and Oxfordshire areas.

The role:
Assistant Site Manager operating in the East, West Midlands and Oxfordshire areas.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager you will be competent and experienced in building homes in full accordance with NHBC Technical Standards.

Health and Safety Management will be paramount as you will help control all aspects of the build. You will engender a team spirit at all times, focussing on cost controls and timescales to deliver a quality built home that will delight our customers.

Working in close liaison with the development Sales Advisor, you will help make sure that customers have an excellent experience in buying their new Home.

You will have a systematic approach to following the company's procedures. You will liaise with all members of the team and ensure sub-contractors and suppliers are co-ordinated in an efficient long or short term programme.
Demonstrating good communication and presentation skills, accurate reporting and an award winning attitude to present the brand at all times.
The Company:
One of the UK's largest privately-owned house builders who provide new developments in locations across the Midlands, North West, and the South of England. They transform brownfield sites and disused land into picturesque, energy-efficient housing developments.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman in a similar house building environment. It is essential to have a CSCS card and a driving licence.
