They are the ones that ensure the plant runs as efficiently as possible and continually improves - we really value our staff, giving the ideal platform to grow your career.
Based out of your Rugby site, you will be coming into an environment of renewed energy, but also challenges and change. As we go through our investment programme there will be many opportunities to shine, but it will also pull on your powers of resilience, process control and team management - all to ensure that we continue to be world-class and plant and people progress.
Your key areas of focus will be across team development, continuous and lean improvement, quality and safety leadership, planning, technical development, asset care, consistent metrics achievement, analysis and reporting, cross-functional interaction, budget control and working as a management team to ensure plant plans are met.
