International Mobility Manager - Birmingham - In-house Role

Job Type: Permanent
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50,000.00 + Bonus + Benefits

Reporting to the Global Mobility Director, the successful candidate will work with the mobility team, key stakeholders and regional HR managers to ensure that operational mobility support is provided to the highest standards.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

*Responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery and support of the Global Mobility process
*Manage a team of experienced Mobility Consultants
*Work closely with global HR managers to understand country specific requirements (internal and external) and ensure that mobility operational processes reflect these requirements
*Lead, co-ordinate and manage mobility projects
*Manage a reduced case load of mainly senior leadership level moves
*Act as a point of contact to provide expert knowledge and assistance for new country set-ups, high level moves and complex mobility cases
*Manage vendor relationships (new and current)
*Ensure compliance in all aspects from a mobility point of view.
*Working with key stakeholders, create and maintain all mobility processes
*Manage all mobility report requests and regular reporting requirements
*Ensure the Global Mobility team have the tools, processes and knowledge required to deliver excellent mobility service.
*Operational delivery exception management

The Person

To be successful in the role, you'll have the following skills and experience:

*High level of experience in delivery of global mobility services with proven operational results
*Sound understanding and command of the mobility life cycle (cross-border and domestic).
*Sound understanding and knowledge of all mobility compliance points on a global level, including immigration, tax, regulatory at both and individual and company level
*Have proven experience of constructing and implementing mobility operational documentation and toolkits
*Broad knowledge and understanding of various tax treatments
*Have proven people management and leadership experience
*Expert understanding and knowledge of mobility compensation methods.
*Project manager skills and experience leading on mobility projects
*Vendor management experience
*Experience of constructing and implementing mobility operational documentation and toolkits
