We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Head Office team at Cannock.

The successful Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Delivering first class customer service, dealing with bespoke customer requirements
  • Ensuring consistent and excellent customer service throughout
  • Building and maintaining efficient successful partnerships with internal departments
  • Keeping the business up to date with customer requirements
  • Working with regional teams to find solutions around 1st fix, response times, Work in progress and preventative maintenance
  • Taking ownership of supplier and customer issues
  • Answering customer calls and queries with the highest possible quality
  • Working effectively as part of a team within the department to ensure all targets are achieved

The successful Customer Service Specialist will display:

  • Demonstrable customer service experience
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Commercial awareness
  • Customer relationship and influencing skills

The successful Customer Service Specialist will command:

  • A base salary of £19,743
